– Training Supervisor (TRS)

Position: Training Supervisor (TRS)

Location: Pune

Experience: 4+ Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Gender: Male/Female

Reporting To: Training Manager

Preferred Age: Around 28 Years

Preference: Candidates residing close to the work location will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Compile appraisal data for competency mapping.
Identify training needs across departments.
Prepare and maintain the annual training calendar.
Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new employees.
Implement and monitor training schedules.
Organize in-house training sessions and coordinate external training programs.
Maintain training records, attendance, and employee training history.
Monitor Quality Circles and Small Group Involvement (SGI) activities.
Conduct behavioral training programs for workmen.
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.





Requirements:
Any Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Training & Development.
Experience in competency mapping and training need analysis.
Knowledge of training calendar preparation and induction programs.
Robust coordination, communication, and record management skills.
Ability to conduct behavioral training sessions.
Positive organizational and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
