Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller cum Counsellor who can connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, counsel them regarding our financial education programs and financial services, and convert enquiries into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
Handle incoming enquiries professionally.
Explain PlanUrDream's products, services, and training programs.
Counsel students, specialists, homemakers, and investors regarding suitable programs.
Generate appointments for financial consultations.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects.
Maintain customer data and update CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team.




Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication.

Desired Skills
Excellent communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
Valuable convincing and counselling skills.
Pleasant personality with positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet.
Ability to learn financial products quickly.
Customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
