Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Visa Consultant (Trainee / Executive). As a Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients throughout their visa application journey. You will provide accurate information, guide clients on documentation requirements, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

The role requires excellent communication skills,



attention to detail, and the ability to build robust relationships with clients while achieving individual and team targets. Qualifications

Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.

Freshers are welcome; candidates with experience in visa processing, immigration consultancy, customer service, sales, telesales, or counselling will have an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet applications.

Robust attention to detail with the ability to verify documents accurately.

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple client cases simultaneously.

Professional attitude with a customer-first approach and high ethical standards.

Experience using CRM software or maintaining client databases is an added advantage.
