About the role: We re hiring a proactive Virtual Assistant to support business operations during night hours.
The ideal candidate will handle social media activities, administrative tasks, sales support, and customer outreach while keeping accurate records and coordinating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities: Social media management: schedule posts, maintain content calendar, and monitor platform performance.
Social media engagement: respond to comments/messages, engage with followers, and grow online community.
Social media planner: create and execute weekly/monthly content plans in coordination with marketing.
Administrative tasks: manage emails, calendar coordination, documentation, and general office support.
Setting appointments: liaise with clients and internal teams to schedule meetings and demos.
Data entry: maintain CRM and spreadsheets with accurate customer and sales information.
Sales representative tasks: conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and qualify leads.
Cold calling: outreach to prospective customers, handle objections,



and route qualified leads to sales.
Documentation: prepare and maintain reports, meeting notes, and standard operating procedures.
Required skills and attributes: Minimum 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Solid written and verbal English.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and content planning.
Comfortable with cold calling and basic sales processes.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and basic CRM tools.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Ability to work night shifts reliably and independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred: Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Familiarity with easy graphic tools (Canva) and basic analytics.
Prior exposure to lead qualification and sales pipeline management.
