Role Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end testing of client-facing tools, CRMs, and automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
Document test cases, reproduce bugs, and collaborate with internal tech and client teams to prioritize fixes.
Validate data integrity across platforms including HubSpot, Zapier, Make.com, and internal custom tools.
Run regression tests after feature updates and maintain a living QA repository for all client environments.
Support client onboarding by validating system configurations and training materials for accuracy.
Report metrics and QA insights to operations leads to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
