Hybrid Cloud environment What you will be working on? You will be responsible for designated customer accounts and be their single point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring customer success including tasks such as:
Client onboarding and coordinating implementation activities.
Creation and execution of project plans.
Coordination with cross-functional resources in Opsara & Customer.
Monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Ensuring ongoing tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
Strict adherence to quality assurance & security Compliance procedures.
Conduct ongoing customer meetings.
Compile monthly dashboard for review with customers.
Identifying additional client requirements and working with Opsara solutions team to build solutions.
