Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team in Naraina, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and maintaining customer records. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
Explain company products and services to customers effectively.
Generate, qualify, and maintain sales leads.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information, call logs, and daily reports accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.




Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Candidates residing within 4–5 km of Naraina, New Delhi will be preferred.
