We are looking for a passionate and confident Telecaller / Inbound Sales Executive who can handle customer inquiries, explain healthcare products, and convert leads into sales. The candidate should have positive communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
Explain Ayurvedic & healthcare products to customers
Convert interested leads into sales
Follow up with customers regularly
Maintain customer data in CRM or Excel
Resolve customer queries politely and professionally
Coordinate with dispatch and support teams
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements
Valuable Hindi communication skills
Basic English understanding
Experience in telecalling or telesales preferred
Fresher can also apply




Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and convincing skills
Experience in healthcare or Ayurvedic products is a plus

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month
