:We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Travel Executive to join Admin team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless transportation arrangements for our internal employees. This role requires effective communication with cab drivers and vendors, as well as a solid familiarity with GPS systems and local routes

Key Responsibilitie
s:Coordinate with cab drivers and vendors to arrange timely transportation for employee
s.Monitor cab routes and ensure adherence to schedules, ensuring that cabs reach designated pick-up points on tim
e.Communicate effectively with employees regarding their transportation schedules and any change
s.Utilize GPS systems to provide accurate directions and resolve any route-related issue
s.Ensure employees board the cabs promptly and reach their destinations on tim




e.Maintain a high level of service quality and address any transportation-related concerns or issues promptl
y.Keep an updated log of all transportation arrangements and report any discrepancies to managemen
t.Collaborate with the team to improve transportation processes and enhance overall efficienc

Qualificatio
ns: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel or logistics indus
