We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build robust relationships with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services and answer customer inquiries.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team, if required.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Solid interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
