Qualifications
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) preferred
CA / CMA / LLM candidates may also be considered
Strong academic background in Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, Financial Management, and Capital Markets Additional Certifications (Highly Preferred)
NISM Certifications related to Securities Markets
Capital Market and Investment Banking Certifications
SEBI Regulations and Compliance Certifications
Corporate Finance or Financial Management Certifications
FEMA and Corporate Restructuring-related certifications

Candidates with teaching experience, practical industry exposure, and solid communication skills will be given preference.

Responsibilities
Teaching Security Law & Corporate Funding as per the CS Executive / Skilled curriculum
Preparing lesson plans aligned with the syllabus prescribed by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India
Covering latest amendments, SEBI regulations, listing compliances, FEMA provisions, and market developments
Explaining concepts through practical corporate and capital market-oriented examples
Conducting doubt-solving and interactive learning sessions
Guiding students on practical aspects of IPOs, Rights Issues, Preferential Issues, Debt Securities, and Corporate Funding mechanisms
Preparing study material, PPTs, question banks, and case-study-based learning resources
Mentoring students for examination and practical application of concepts
Connecting theoretical concepts with real-world corporate transactions and regulatory practices
