Role Description The Video Editor role is a full time, in office position based in the Pune Division.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished video content for marketing campaigns, social media, client presentations, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with strategists, designers, and content producers to understand project goals, applying video color grading, creating motion graphics, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The role also involves managing media assets,



maintaining organized project files, and optimizing videos for different platforms and formats in alignment with healthcare-focused communication objectives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, assemble, and refine visual content.

Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals that match brand guidelines.

Ability to create Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Experience with industry-standard video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).

Understanding of digital marketing and social media formats, including aspect ratios, durations, and platform-specific best practices.

Robust attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; healthcare or agency experience is an added advantage.
