Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Explain the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication to build solid relationships.
Update customer information and call records accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales,



or Customer Support.
Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience handling 50+ customer calls per day.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
