Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telecalling role based in Patna. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing clients, provide information about real estate projects and services, and generate leads for the sales team. The role involves maintaining call records, updating client details in the system, and following up on inquiries to support conversions.

The Telecaller will respond to client questions,



schedule site visits or meetings with sales representatives, and ensure courteous, professional communication at all times. Collaboration with the sales and operations teams to share feedback from clients and improve service delivery is an significant part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently in Hindi and English.

Customer service and client relationship skills, including active listening, empathy, and a professional telephone manner.

Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to use call management tools, CRM software, and maintain accurate records.

Sales and lead-generation orientation, with the ability to understand property features and explain them to prospective clients.

Ability to work on-site in Patna, meet daily call and follow-up targets, and collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams.

Prior experience in telecalling, call center, or real estate sales support is an advantage but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
