We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–5 years of professional experience to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in creating engaging long-form and short-form video content,



with a particular focus on podcast editing and social media reels. Key Responsibilities

Edit podcast episodes for digital platforms, including YouTube and audio-first content formats.

Create engaging reels and short-form video content optimized for social media platforms.

Enhance videos using motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and visual effects.

Collaborate closely with content, production, and creative teams to deliver high-quality video assets.

Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high creative and technical standards. Requirements:

4–5 years of qualified experience in video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

Hands-on experience in editing podcasts and creating social media reels.

Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, editing techniques, and visual aesthetics.

Must be based in Mumbai and available to work from the office.

Security & Data Handling Responsibilities: Handle sensitive data responsibly in compliance with the DPDP Act, ISO-27001:2022, and Pratilipi’s internal security policies — ensuring data privacy, confidentiality, and NDA obligations at all times.
