Role Description The Video Editor internship at SerboSeva is a hybrid role based in Hajipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. In this role, the intern will edit raw video footage into engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, and platform-related communication. Daily responsibilities include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions and basic effects, synchronizing audio, and preparing videos for different formats and channels.

The intern will collaborate with content, design,



and marketing teams to understand project requirements, follow brand guidelines, and deliver videos that support platform growth and user engagement. The position also involves experimenting with visual styles, reviewing feedback, and refining edits to improve overall video quality. Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and basic planning of shoots or screen content.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, including cutting, sequencing, and adding transitions.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to adjust color, exposure, and visual tone.

Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, overlays, and simple animations.

Familiarity with common video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is beneficial.

Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and understanding of aspect ratios and formats for digital platforms.

Ability to follow creative briefs, accept feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a team-oriented workplace.

Relevant coursework, a portfolio, or prior project experience in video editing or media production is preferred.
