Job Description:
Lead complex client engagements focused on quality transformation, IT compliance, computer system validation (CSV/CSA), data integrity, SDLC controls, risk management and operating model improvement across GxP settings.
Advise senior client stakeholders on the design and implementation of pragmatic, risk-based quality and compliance frameworks aligned to business strategy, regulatory expectations and digital transformation priorities.
Shape and deliver programmes spanning quality systems, validation strategy, IT control design, audit readiness, remediation, inspection preparedness and post-merger / carve-out compliance integration.
Translate regulatory and quality requirements into scalable business processes, governance models,



controls and technology-enabled ways of working.
Drive business development by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, contributing to go-to-market propositions and building trusted client relationships with executive sponsors and functional leaders.
Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership, asset development, market eminence and coaching of high-performing teams.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, risk, compliance, digital and transformation workstreams to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
