Create, edit, and optimize VMC programs as per component drawings and production requirements.

Assist in VMC machine setup, tool selection, and offset corrections.

•

Read and interpret engineering drawings, machining drawings, and specifications.

•

Support production activities to achieve quality and productivity targets.

•

Monitor machining processes and troubleshoot programming or machining issues.

•

Perform tool life monitoring and suggest process improvements.

•

Coordinate with the production and quality teams for smooth operations.

•

Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain quality standards.

•

Maintain proper documentation of programs, process parameters, and production records.

•

Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline.

Required Skills

•

Hands-on experience in VMC programming and operation.

•

Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi (preferred).

•

Valuable understanding of cutting tools, machining parameters, and fixtures.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
