Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying tender opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating internal inputs.

The Tendering

Specialist prepares technical and commercial proposals, ensures compliance with client requirements, and supports negotiations with stakeholders as needed. Day-to-day tasks include gathering project data, analyzing scope and pricing, liaising with procurement and project teams, and maintaining accurate tender records and documentation. The role also involves monitoring submission deadlines, updating management on tender status, and contributing to continuous improvement of tendering procedures.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess robust Tender Management skills, including experience with bid preparation, documentation, and compliance review.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret tender requirements, estimate costs, and evaluate risks and opportunities.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, interact with clients, and present proposal information clearly.
Candidates should possess Proposal Writing skills to develop clear, structured, and persuasive technical and commercial submissions.
Candidates should possess Procurement-related skills to coordinate vendor quotes, support material and service sourcing, and align costs with tender proposals.
Relevant experience in construction or engineering tendering, preferably in Indian market conditions.
Ability to work in office, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail under time constraints.
Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with tender portals or e-procurement systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
