Follow up on client requests and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
Confident in interacting with international clients.
Ability to work independently and in a quick-paced workplace.
