Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain financial products and services in a clear and qualified manner.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Schedule customer appointments.
Maintain accurate customer records and call updates.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Handle customer queries with professionalism and confidence.
Requirements Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.
