Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Callers to connect with prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and schedule site visits for premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain project features, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate.




Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales Calling or Tele Sales (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM applications and MS Office.

Work Schedule Working Days: 7 days a week

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
