Role Description The Ticket Agent role at TOURjunket is a full time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Ticket

Agent will handle day-to-day ticket sales and reservations for domestic and international travel, including flights, trains, and other transport options.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing itinerary and fare information, processing bookings, changes, and cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation and payment handling.

Agent will coordinate with travel partners, maintain up-to-date knowledge of routes, pricing, and promotions,



and support clients with polite, efficient service from initial inquiry through post-booking follow-up. This role requires a robust focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Airline ticket sales and reservations, including handling bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

Solid communication and customer service skills to manage client interactions professionally and clearly.

Experience in sales, with the ability to identify client needs, recommend suitable options, and close bookings.

Experiance of GDS Ability to work with reservation systems, online booking platforms, and basic office software.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and payment processing.

Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and bookings simultaneously.

Comfort working on-site in Noida, with flexibility to adapt to peak travel seasons and varying workloads.

Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business is an advantage.
