Job description
Roles & Responsibilities Sr Production Incharge

Overall responsibility for Plant operations, production, quality, and delivery
Plan and control welding, fabrication, and assembly operations
Coordinate internally to meet customer delivery and quality expectations
Support customer visits and build long-term business confidence
Ensure on-time delivery as per customer schedule
Drive productivity, OEE, and cost reduction initiatives
Ensure compliance with ISO : quality systems
Reduce rejections, rework, and customer complaints
Manage manpower planning, discipline, and skill utilization
Lead current product trials, SOP readiness, and smooth launches
Coordinate customer audits and internal reviews
Ensure safe, disciplined, and productive shop-floor operations





Preferred Candidate Profile production Head
Mechanical / Production with 8+ years in Heavy Fabrication Industries
Solid command over vessels fabrication, Steel Structure,
Hands-on experience handling audits, and quality escalations
Ability to control manpower, reduce attrition, and enforce shop-floor discipline.
Track record of cost reduction, productivity improvement, and rejection control
Execution-driven leader who takes end-to-end ownership of plant performance
