We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals for the US market, including Nurses, Physicians, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and Therapists. The recruiter will be responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle, ensuring quality hiring while meeting client timelines and compliance requirements.

Location: Tambaram, MEPZ IT Park, Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)

Employment Type: Full time

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1- 5 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.




Experience recruiting for US healthcare positions is mandatory.
Robust understanding of US healthcare staffing processes and recruitment life cycle.
Experience in candidate sourcing using job portals for US staffing
Good knowledge of Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools is an added advantage.
