Role Description The Telecaller role at Abroad Ideas is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, responding to inbound inquiries, and providing clear information about overseas education programs and application processes. Daily tasks include explaining services, answering questions, updating records in internal systems, and scheduling follow-up calls or appointments.

Salary : 10k to 15 k per month depending on communication

Qualifications





Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a transparent and professional telephone manner.

Customer service and client interaction skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build rapport with prospective students.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools for recording and tracking interactions.

Organizational and time-management skills to manage high call volumes, follow-ups, and daily targets effectively.

Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Prior telecalling, sales, or counseling experience in education or related sectors is an advantage.

Comfort communicating in English and local languages commonly used in Hyderabad; additional language skills are a plus.

Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; a diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
