Role

We are looking for a Title Curative Analyst with experience in the US Mortgage/Title Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying and resolving title defects to ensure a transparent and marketable title.

Roles & Responsibilities
Review title reports and identify title defects.
Resolve title issues such as liens, judgments, unreleased mortgages, tax liens, HOA liens, probate issues, and legal description errors.
Coordinate with county offices, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to obtain required documents.
Review deeds, mortgages, releases, affidavits, and other title-related documents.
Update curative status and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure all title defects are resolved before closing.
Meet productivity and quality targets while adhering to client SLAs.





Required Skills
15 years of experience in Title Curative.
Valuable understanding of the US Mortgage and Title Insurance process.
Knowledge of title defects, chain of title, deeds, liens, judgments, and mortgage documents.
Experience using county websites, NetroOnline, DataTrace, TitlePoint, or similar title search tools is preferred.
Solid analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to work in the US/Night Shift.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Title Search or Title Examination.
Knowledge of property records and county recording systems.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple files efficiently
