Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling, editing, and refining video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, cutting and sequencing clips, adding transitions, music, and sound effects, and ensuring consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.

The role involves collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver optimized videos for multiple platforms. Additional responsibilities include basic color correction, motion graphics integration, and preparing versions for different aspect ratios and formats. This is a full time remote role.





Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling raw footage, sequencing, and storytelling.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across all video content.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, simple animations, and visual elements that enhance brand messaging.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing skills.
Ability to follow brand guidelines, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting.
Strong attention to detail, a creative eye for composition and pacing, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant video work.
Experience creating content for digital marketing, social media platforms, or advertising campaigns is beneficial.
A degree or relevant certification in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is a plus but not required if skills are demonstrated through experience.
