We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented US Technical IT Recruiter with robust knowledge of US hiring practices, visa types, tax terms, and candidate validation techniques.

Job Location- Onsite in Noida Sector 62 Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

Work with direct clients and implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.

Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.

Validate candidate authenticity by thoroughly checking experience, project work, and employment history.

Ensure candidate alignment with client/vendor requirements and compliance standards.

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.





Negotiate compensation based on market standards and candidate expectations.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

Required Skills & Expertise

Solid understanding of US IT recruitment processes and terminology.

Proven experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.

Hands-on experience with various visa types.

Good knowledge of US tax terms:

W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099.

Ability to identify genuine candidate’s vs fake profiles:

Validate resumes through detailed questioning.

Check consistency in employment timelines and technical skills.

Verify communication skills and real-time problem-solving ability.

Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals (Ceipal, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
