About the Role:

USM Business Systems is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US IT Staffing and Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
Understand technical JDs and match candidates based on skills and experience.
Screen resumes and conduct candidate qualification calls.
Validate technical skills, work authorization, availability, location, and compensation.
Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines using Boolean Search, headhunting, and talent mapping.
Coordinate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.




Manage multiple requirements and achieve recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:
2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, and Business Analyst.
Strong Boolean Search, sourcing, headhunting, and screening skills.
Knowledge of US work authorizations such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD, OPT, and CPT.
Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship management skills.
Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ATS, CRM, or VMS is preferred.
Willingness to work in US shifts.
