Role Description The VP – Infrastructure Development is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Abroad. This position is responsible for defining and executing the infrastructure vision and roadmap to support Esse India’s growing operations and digital services. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing IT infrastructure planning and implementation, managing network and security frameworks, and ensuring reliable, scalable systems for internal teams and client-facing platforms.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, aligning infrastructure initiatives with business goals, and optimizing IT service delivery and performance. The VP will lead infrastructure teams, manage vendor relationships, develop policies and standards, and continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve resilience, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Robust expertise in Infrastructure planning, deployment, and lifecycle management, including on-premises and cloud environments.

Proven experience in IT Strategy development, aligning technology investments with organizational objectives and growth plans.





Demonstrated Project Management skills for leading complex, multi-phase infrastructure and transformation initiatives.

Solid understanding of Network Security principles, tools, and best practices to safeguard systems and data.

Experience with IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) to ensure reliable, measurable, and customer-focused IT operations.

Previous leadership experience in senior IT or infrastructure roles, preferably in professional services, consulting, or similar sectors.

Ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders, communicate technical concepts clearly, and make data-driven decisions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant certifications (such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, or cloud certifications) are an advantage.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a focus on reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
