Position: Technical Recruiter for US Staffing (US IT)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent prospect in US Recruitment to work in a dynamic environment and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

Identify solid candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Post job openings on various job portals and platforms.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.





Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Proactively source candidates to meet staffing requirements.

Manage and update candidate profiles and job postings within the applicant tracking system.

Should have worked both for W2 and C2C and H1B

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment for US staffing.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.

IT background is a plus
