Role Description The VP – Textile & Apparel Industry will lead and grow the textile and apparel vertical, driving strategic initiatives, financial performance, and market expansion. This full time, in office role based in Abroad involves overseeing P&L;, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable profitability. The VP will manage sales and retail operations, develop business plans, and build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the textile and apparel sector.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, guiding cross-functional teams, identifying recent business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices. The role also requires mentoring senior managers, implementing process improvements, and providing regular reports and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications





Candidates should possess strong P&L; Management and Budgeting skills to oversee financial performance and resource allocation.

Candidates should possess solid Finance expertise to manage financial planning, analysis, and compliance.

Candidates should possess proven Sales and Retail experience, ideally within the textile and apparel industry.

Candidates should possess leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should possess strategic planning, market analysis, and business development skills relevant to the textile and apparel sector.

Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, textiles, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in senior roles within textile, apparel, or retail organizations and familiarity with Canadian or international markets will be an advantage.
