About the Role

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, productive dispatch, and strict quality control. You will play a critical role in maintaining supply chain efficiency and supporting business scalability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts and system updates
Maintain optimal par stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
Implement FIFO and FEFO practices for inventory movement
Oversee order fulfillment to ensure high accuracy and timely dispatch




Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile variances
Establish and monitor quality control checks for inbound and outbound goods
Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Supervise warehouse staff, allocate duties, and drive performance
Prepare and present inventory and operational reports to management
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
4–6 years of warehouse or inventory management experience
Prior experience leading warehouse teams
Robust understanding of inventory control systems and ERP tools
Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, quality standards, and safety practices
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
