Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Process Expert who can independently build, manage, and scale a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling multiple US processes, driving team performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a team from scratch.
Independently handle and manage any US process.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage team members.
Ensure process efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Achieve client SLAs, KPIs, and business targets.
Prepare MIS reports and provide regular performance updates.
Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5+ years of mandatory experience in handling US processes.
Proven experience in building and managing teams from scratch.




Solid leadership and people management skills.
Ability to handle multiple US processes independently.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in client handling and process optimization.

Self-motivated and capable of taking complete ownership of operations.
Solid decision-making and team management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Adaptable to manage different US processes as per business requirements.

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (Mandatory) Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
