Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute apartment, tech park and mall activations.
Coordinate BTL campaigns and on-ground promotions.
Handle site branding, hoardings and fabrication projects.
Manage event setup and dismantling.
Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
Supervise promoters, installers and field staff.
Conduct site inspections and ensure execution quality.
Arrange logistics, materials and manpower.
Capture execution photos/videos and submit reports.
Track inventory, event assets and campaign expenses.
Resolve in office issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure projects are completed on time.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Advertising, Events, BTL or Outdoor Media.
Willing to travel across Chennai.
Two-wheeler preferred.
