Diploma or B. Tech holder (Mechanical/Automobile/Production).
Must be worked Tier One/Two companies for MSIL.
Technical Requirements:
Must have relevant experience (Only from Automotive industry)
Job Profile:
Design current products and simulates its performance.
2D & 3D drawing preparation
Ansys Simulation analysis: static, dynamic, thermal
Design Failure Analysis, considering available market gas abuse conditions.
Design Failure modes analysis and their corrective action for design improvement.
Digital mock-up. reverse engineering, Design Feasibilities, ECN Feasibilities & Implementation.
Hands on Experience in Die Design, Part Design, Validation of Automatic/Manual CNG Cylinder Valve.

d. Software Courses-
Good exposure of UG -NX 10; CATIA V5 R19; Auto Cad, Delcam, Ms. Office.
