Job Description

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities for manufacturing and production roles. • Source potential candidates through online channels, databases, and skilled networks. • Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS). • Assist with background checks and reference checks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi. • Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.



• Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced and team-oriented environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Must be eligible to work in India.

Qualifications

• Prior internship or volunteer experience in a recruitment or HR setting is a plus. • Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments is advantageous. • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. • Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in HR and recruitment. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
