Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch. Ensure timely order processing and accurate inventory management. Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations. Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports. Control warehouse costs and improve productivity.
QualificationBachelor's Degree in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred). Experience5–8 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. SkillsLeadership and team management Inventory and warehouse management MS Excel, WMS/ERP knowledge Positive communication and problem-solving skills
