Key Responsibilities
Waitress
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience.
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve efficiently.
Maintain table cleanliness and restaurant presentation.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times.
Barista
Prepare and serve premium coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
Manage stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups,
and café supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and follow food safety standards.
Recommend beverages and engage guests with excellent product knowledge.
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality establishment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
Passion for customer service and hospitality.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (for Barista role).
Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Robust teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
