Salary Range: INR 40K - 60K/month Responsibilities: Process vendor bills and receipts with 100% accuracy

Process bill payments while monitoring available bank balance closely to avoid overdrafts

Remit & file sales tax

Process payroll on time with 100% accuracy

Post transactions to the correct Chart of Accounts

Reconcile bank, loan, and credit card accounts

Communicate with American business owners to resolve complicated accounting issues

Complete monthly audits to find bookkeeping errors and clean them up

Generate monthly reports & review them for accuracy & correct insights Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Excellent English & Ability to understand and be understood by American clients





At least 3 years of experience in Quickbooks Online for USA (American clients)

Willingness to relocate to Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Familiarity with using AI such as ChatGPT or Claude to solve problems

Growth mindset & the ability to creatively solve problems Work Policies: In person at our office near IT Park, Dehradun. This is not a remote or work-from-home position. 10 AM - 6 PM IST - Monday to Friday
