Role Overview

We're looking for a UX Specialist to shape intuitive, human-centred flows that reflect Ithi's ethos. This is a thinking-and-structuring role: you'll map how people move through the product, remove friction, and make every step feel clear, calm, and considered. You bring structure to creativity — turning storytelling ambitions into usable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

– Map user journeys, flows, and information architecture.





– Create wireframes and low-fidelity structures that clarify the experience.

– Identify usability issues and propose explicit, simple solutions.

– Collaborate with designers and creative directors to align UX with the brand's story.

Most Key Skills

– Robust user-centred thinking and problem-solving.

– Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and flow-mapping.

– Solid grasp of information architecture, usability, and accessibility basics.

– Ability to explain and justify design decisions clearly.

Nice to Have

– Experience with user research or usability testing.

– Background designing for creative, media, or film platforms.
