Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven Waitress / Counter Server to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. You will be the face of our brand—delivering fast and friendly service, ensuring 100% order accuracy, and maintaining a spotless, welcoming dining room for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Warm Hospitality: Greet guests immediately with a positive attitude, assist with menu navigation, and answer basic ingredient or promotion questions.
Order & POS Management: Accurately input customer orders into the POS system, process cash and digital payments, and proactively recommend side items, beverages, or meal upgrades.
Expediting & Food Delivery: Assemble dining trays and takeout bags, verify order accuracy, and promptly run food to guest tables or pick-up counters.




Dining Room Turnover: Rapidly transparent, wipe down, and sanitize tables, seating, and trays between guests to maintain high table turnover during rush hours.
Station Restocking: Regularly check, clean, and restock self-service beverage dispensers, napkin holders, straw dispensers, and condiment bars.
Safety & Sanitation: Adhere strictly to personal hygiene, proper handwashing protocols, and food safety sanitation guidelines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
