About Role

We are a rapid-growing e-commerce company passionate about delivering seamless online shopping experiences. With a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and design excellence, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our e-commerce website and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve customer journeys.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to translate business goals into intuitive designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Ensure designs follow best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.




Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize conversion rates and overall user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design practices.
Ability to work closely with development teams (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is a plus).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
