We are seeking an experienced Video Producer with 5–6 years of hands-on end-to-end video production experience. You will own the production pipeline from concept to camera to final cut, working closely under Video Head supervision and coordinating with editors, graphic designers, and copywriters to deliver high-quality video content across platforms. Key Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle video production: pre-production, on-ground shoot management, and post-production.
Translate creative briefs into compelling visual content.
Coordinate with editors, motion graphics designers, and copywriters to deliver cohesive, platform-ready content.
Write copy for social media distribution, including captions, scripts, and packaging across digital platforms.
Maintain production quality standards, ensuring every output meets broadcast and digital benchmarks.




Collaborate with internal stakeholders across editorial, marketing, and creative teams to align on deliverables.

What We're Looking For
5–6 years of experience in video production, preferably in a media, news, digital content.
Proven ability to manage multi-format video projects: short-form, long-form, and social-first content.
Robust understanding of post-production workflows, editing pipelines, and motion graphics.
Excellent written communication skills, comfortable writing social media copy, scripts, and production briefs.
Experience managing cross-functional creative teams and working under tight deadlines.
Proficiency with production tools, project management platforms, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
A sharp editorial eye with a solid sense of visual storytelling and audience engagement.
