Designation- Executive/Sr. Executive-Warehouse operations

Location- Tauru/Jamalpur/Farrukhnagar

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day fulfillment center operations including inbound receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch.
Ensure adherence to Client-defined operational KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
Lead and develop warehouse teams including supervisors, executives, and associates to achieve operational excellence and productivity targets.
Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation, and effective inventory control processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, space utilization, process efficiency, and cost optimization.




Coordinate with Client stakeholders, transport partners, vendors, and internal support functions to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, quality processes, security protocols, and customer SOPs.
Analyze daily operational MIS, productivity reports, and KPIs to identify improvement prospects and implement corrective actions.
Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, attendance, performance management, and training programs for warehouse staff.
Handle customer escalations, operational challenges, and exception management while ensuring timely resolution.
