We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Technician with 3 6 years of experience in industrial automation, electrical systems, and PLC-based control systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing automated machinery and equipment to ensure maximum production efficiency and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated production equipment and control systems.
Diagnose and repair PLC, HMI, VFD, servo motors, sensors, actuators, and industrial control systems.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automation equipment.
Monitor machine performance and identify prospects for process improvements.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Configure, calibrate,



and test instrumentation and control devices.
Assist in commissioning recent automation systems and production equipment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and productivity.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and service logs.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and electrical regulations.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures
