Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to banking products and services through voice, chat, or email.
Assist customers with account-related requests, transactions, and banking procedures.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, company policies, and data security guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking industry is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Solid problem-solving and customer service skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts,



including night shifts, if required.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Salary:
CTC: 3.2 LPA(22k -Take home)
