We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to join our Learning & Development team. This is a full-time, in office role responsible for creating high-quality training and engagement content.

Key Responsibilities
Shoot high-quality videos and photographs for training, learning, and internal communication purposes.
Edit videos and images professionally using industry-standard software.
Handle camera equipment, lighting, audio, and other production gear independently.
Execute video shoots while ensuring excellent framing, composition, and storytelling.
Create engaging learning content in collaboration with the L&D; team.
Ensure timely delivery of edited content while maintaining brand and quality standards.
Organize and manage media files, footage, and project assets efficiently.





Requirements
Robust videography skills with hands-on experience operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and related equipment.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is an added advantage).
Positive understanding of camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
This is a 100% on-site role, requiring the candidate to be physically present for shoots and content creation.
