About the Role IGCS India Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tour & Travel Consultant based in Delhi to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role primarily focuses on providing expert consultancy to foreign travelers (inbound tourism), helping them plan, design, and organize seamless travel experiences across Indiawith a special focus on greenfield travelers.

Key Responsibilities
Itinerary Design & Planning: Assist international clients with customized travel planning and detailed itinerary creation.
Destination Guidance: Provide accurate, high-quality information regarding destinations, accommodations, local attractions, and travel services.
Client Engagement:



Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone calls, emails, and online messaging platforms.
Coordination & Logistics: Coordinate bookings and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
Relationship Management: Maintain warm client relationships and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
Industry Insights: Stay current with evolving tourism trends, regional travel regulations, and safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (a Diploma in Tour & Travel Consultancy is preferred).
Location Requirement: Must be based in Delhi (Remote/WFH).
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi.

Required Skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational, multi-tasking, and coordination capabilities.
